  • 1. Rinse before using
    2. Look in mirror,compare your teeth with shade guide paper, and record which stage you are in.
    3. Apply teeth whitening gel evenly on your teeth (thickness approximately 1mm) . Put the light in your mouth.
    4. Take out the Light after 10-30 minutes. Rinse your teeth with warm water
